6e1dde1ef5 Removed the MultiMC discord link on the issues tab 
If not removed, users would bomb the MultiMC developer team about the issues with this project - this is far from desired

A lot of people miss this and you just end up with a bunch of clutter in the actual issue, often hard or impossible to read because of the lack of backticks.
